A little on what I think...

The role of reading to the writer and why it is important: For any writer, reading is an important task to do. Whether or not you're fond of writing, reading helps your mind go into a creative state of being. Books are full of ideas, literary techniques, and inspiration that enhance the reader's ability to write and become more fluent and stronger at writing. Reading can also help reduce many mistakes like punctuation, sentence fluency; sentence structure so what you write is smooth and easy to read which makes it more enjoyable reading. Reading also doesn't have to be a tedious work load but an enjoyable part of someone's day where they can relax but experience action, drama, and excitement. All of these things then transfer to the writer's work so that it turns out much better than not having all these ideas and writing abilities that are obtained through reading.

What is something I see in my world that concerns me:
In today's world, one of the things that concerns me is environmental problems we are having. From all the hurricanes destroying the southern parts of the U.S and countries in the Caribbean and sonner or later parts of the world are going to be facing similar but threatening problems. More tornados, drought, strong lightning storms will slowly hurt our world. And on top of everything, the world getting warmer as it has been, is melting the glaciers like in the Artic that is slowly flooding parts of countries and now are now sinking more.

What is one piece of art (painting, movie, book, song, whatever) that has greatly inspired me: The one thing of art that has inspired me the most without a doubt is a book that I was read when I was younger. This book is the one and only The Little Engine That Could. This is the story of a train that couldn't make his way up a hill; every day he would try his best to chug up and up but never succeeded. Though, he never gave up and kept at it until he got to the point where his desire to make it up, perseverance, and self motivation carried him all the way up and stopped victoriously. This has inspired me to not quit because things get rough but instead keep trying until I achieve my goal.
